Blackened Jewellery care instructions
The black detailing is a patina, which is an oxidization treatment used to blacken Sterling Silver. It is permanent. However there are a few things to avoid to help it stay as black as possible.
Do not use
x Silver cleaning liquids (they can negate the Blackened effect)
x Household chemicals (we recommend removing your Jewellery before using any of these)
x Ionic cleaner or ultrasonic cleaner (these are machines generally used in Jewellery stores only)
If any of the above happen, please bring it back in to us. If you do not live here, a manufacturing jeweller will be able to assist in your country.
For cleaning we always recommend that you come back in anytime and weill give your ring a clean and polish.
We recommend using a manufacturing jeweller if your ring ever needs sizing in the future, as opposed to going to a retail/chain store.
We work in American sizing and U.K /NZ sizing.
To get your finger size, we recommend going to a local jeweler. Most of our rings are wide so we suggest you as to be measured for a wider band – the wider the band, the tighter the fit.
Shipping takes around 5 -10 days and we ship to most places.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We must be contacted within 48 hours of an online purchase if you wish to make changes to your order. Any changes made after this time period may incur a fee as your piece may have already been started.

Seventysixdesign has a 14 day returns policy: Any items to be returned or exchanged must be shipped/postmarked within 14 days of delivery date.

There may be an additional charge for postage on the new item.
Sale items can not be exchanged and are non refundable.
Seventysix can only exchange products not worn and in original packaging.
If you guess your ring size and it requires sizing, there will be a fee to size it.
Custom items are non refundable.
If the product is faulty or incorrect then the cost of return postage will be refunded to you.
Refunds will not be given if the goods have been damaged by you, this includes damage caused by inadequate packaging by you when returning goods.
We will repair any manufacturing fault at no cost within 6 months of the purchase date. Proof of purchase is required.
Manufacturing faults do not include:
Chipped, cracked or broken gemstones.
General wear and tear including rings that have bent out of shape or oxidised.
If you would like any repairs to be made, outside of the 6 month period, we will be happy to offer you a quote to do so.
